  • Can I order over the phone?

    We don’t have a phone in our shop. Feel free to place an order online for pick-up or come order with us in-store!

  • What are your hours?

    We are open daily from 10:30am - 10pm.

  • Do you deliver?

    You can place an order for delivery though third-party apps, including DoorDash and UberEats.

  • Where are you located?

    Our flagship DC location is located in the Navy Yard, right across the street from National’s Park. You can also find us inside National’s Park in Section 106, 130, and 320!

  • Do you have parking?

    We do not have our own designated parking at our location in DC’s Navy Yard. There is typically ample parking nearby, unless there is a Washington Nationals game!

  • Do you take reservations?

    While we offer both dine-in and take-out options, our seating is always first-come, first-served. As a ‘quick-serve’ type of restaurant, there is usually plenty of space for all! We have a handful of booths, as well as counter seating!

  • Do you sell hot dogs?

    No, we don’t! We used to have a food truck called ‘Swizzler Gourmet Hot Dogs’ that specialized in hot dogs. We tried to introduce them at our ‘Swizzler Crispy Chicken + Smash Burgers’ location but they were never very popular. We decided to fully remove them from the menu in 2024 in order to focus all of our energy in making our most popular items as delicious, consistent, and affordable as possible!

  • Where can I find the food truck?

    Our food truck is not out on the streets at this time.

  • There was an issue with my order. How can I fix it?

    While we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If this ever happens to your order, we are incredibly sorry! Please send an email to team@swizzlerfoods.com with the date, your ticket number, and the issue that occurred. We’ll work with you to make it right.


FOOD FAQs

  • Where do your source your ingredients?

    We make many of our items from scratch, such as our Golden SPUDZ (aka fries!), candied jalapeños, and sauces. When we don’t, we work with great suppliers! These include Joyce Farms for our grass-fed beef, Lyon Bakery for our buns, and South Mountain Creamery for our ice cream.

  • Do you cook with peanut oil, or use any type of nuts?

    We do not! We do not use any nuts, or nut-based products, in our restaurant. However, we do receive products that are produced in facilities that also have nuts - such as our fresh-baked bread that is delivered fresh every morning.

  • What type of cooking oil do you use?

    We prepare our crispy chicken and our french fries in canola oil.

  • Do you offer gluten-free options?

    We do not offer a gluten-free bun at this time. We are more than happy to serve your burger over a bed of lettuce - just ask! Our homemade fries are gluten-free, and prepared in a gluten-free fryer.

  • Do you offer vegetarian options?

    We do! We make our veggie burger from scratch, starting with a base of roasted sweet potatoes, quinoa, and tahini. We then mix in a bunch of secret spices and seasonings to make it our own!

  • Do you offer vegan options?

    Our roasted sweet potato patty is vegan, but our fresh-baked bread does contain dairy. We do not carry a vegan bun at this time.
